PP and MM module of SAP

Can anyone give information how I could install SAP on my personal computer ( no internet connection available) and learn PP and MM module on my own. I have download the netweaver2004 trail version from the SAP SDN website close to 3 GB. But it is complicated to install and actually start off. I am not sure whether I am headed in the right direction.....Help required desperately.

They don't call it SAP for nothing.

They would like you to pay $'s so they can show you how to implement & then pay a fee for the privilege of using it.
