Flu Gas Duct

in our paint plant the flue gas ducts all damage with in a 2 years'

the flue gas tempreature is 220'c

we are using the LPG for fuel ,last month we found some oily material in lpg (in cold session) it may effect how to rectify pl sugg me

Not enough information.

- Duct size?

- Duct shape?

- Duct material?

- What Flue gas (contituents)?

- Dust content & particle sizes?

- Flue gas velocity?

- What type of damage- corrossion, erosion or other?
