Passive electronic components

I am looking for information about the outlook for passive electronic components over the next several years. How has the industry performed over the past severalyears and what is expected over the next 5 to 10 years.

Also I am looking for statistical information on the financial performance of companies that manufacture passive electronic components such as capacitors, inductors resistors, etc. This would consist of gross margins, operating margins, profit margins, etc. I do not want confidential data but rather inustry percentages.
