If any regulatory Code or customer purchase order mandates it; then yes, it is mandatory.

Customer has not specified anything. I checked the specification SA 193. Specification clearly mentioned that Heat analysis is mandatory. But such clarity has not been provided for product analysis. My question is , as per SA 193, whether product analysis is mandatory or it is supplementary requirement?
