UPS Working Without Battery Indication

my 6kva ups dosen't show battery indication initially it showed70% charging but gradually it show no indication but have backup period of 10 minute on checking one battery of 12v/26AH found faulty in16 battery bank

Sixteen batteries, that's a lot. You are going to have to figure out a way to monitor and check the batteries individually.
