Frank,

When using the english language in written formal communication you should capitalize proper nouns, e.g. the words "I" and "Frank". Avoid abbreviations such as "engg"and "Pls". The greeting and salutation should be punctuated with a comma. Using txt bs in a resume or other professional correspondence is unlikely to improve how you are perceived by others.

Also when asking for something be specific!

That is all the help I will offer for now.

Good luck,

Ace

No, this is not sufficient in forums, at least not in literate ones.
