What is the maximum velocity can be used for natural gas of 9 bar pressure flowing through pipe?

What is it that keeps you from finding the answer on your own?

If it's faster than 10m/s then the pipe is too small.

It depends on which pressure loss you can afford .

If the pipe is short and your end pressure is under the critical one (for instance atmospheric pressure) then you can reach sound speed and chocked flow. This is the maximal possible speed.

The longer the pipe and the lower the pressure drop the lower the velocity you can afford.

So that your question cannot be answered straight without a lot of other information.
