Compressed air. These vehicles have a rather limited range. Range is limited by the size of the compressed air tank, or the length of the on-board hose.
If you are referring to a pneumatic car crusher the car gets considerably more compact but the trade off will be that it no longer works for transportation duty nearly as well as it used too.
Which one do you mean? A car which is compressed by air ? Or a car which uses compressed air to run?
If the first one, then you compress the car and its occupants, all made of springy material, and allow them to expand in the proper direction to make it move....
If the second one, there are many such cars if you do google search, but for "Compressed air car"

Short answer is badly in comparison to just about any other engine or form of powered transportation.
