How Do You PCI dos Enable SH_ARC Card?

I have a one card SH_ARC_PCI _unit v0300 but I do not know how do you dos enable( dos ver 6.22). I used PCIUBIOES.exe and set in autoexec.bat " SET SOHARD_PCI_KARTEN=1040,0b;0000,00;0000,00;0000,00; " with 1040:card I/O address;0b:card interrupt number; But it not run when I used "arcwho" for check

Please help me! How do you PCI dos Enable SH_ARC card?

Either call the manufacturer or get a new card. Upgrading the computer is what I would do. Then I could uses communication technology that is not outdated.
