Specific model number of the cameras and controller and how they are presently configured.

Have that information available when you contact the manufacturer.

Is the unit plugged in? Are all of the cables connected? Are all of the batteries good? Did you turn everything ON? Do you have a manual for the system? Did you read it?

Lots of dome cameras work with an interface. Controller and camera movement only work with the same protocol.

If you have any dip switches that can be set, try different positions after switching off and switch the system on again after each change.

To name one: Pelco.

Check also on the internet for camera protocol.

Besides this, they also can have a position setting.

Stick 1 should control CAM position 1 too.

If you cannot give more specs, send some pictures and we will try to help.

Do you have manuals?

some interface specs would be useful.

Eljon,

To control camera Panning, Tilt or Zoom is done thru 2 main settings.

Protocol and Baud rate.

These need to be matched up between the DVR, controller and camera. This is done thru dip switches on the cam and settings on the DVR. The controller may or may not need to be set depending on the device.

RYFM jokingly means Read Your F***ing Manual and you must. Different suppliers use different settings and guessing this is a pain in the A**! You could spend weeks and still not get it right as there are over a hundred possible combinations, maybe even thousands, so A. You need to know which settings your camera will accept so B. you can set the DVR to match it. Otherwise the 2 will never communicate.

Pelco P and Pelco D are two of the more common settings so if you have no manual try that and pray really hard. Set the baud to 9600. Baud only needs to be matched up and is less of an issue except when distance is great.

If you have no manual and no clue... go to the internet and search the particulars and specs for your devices by brand and model. You may also want to learn/research hexidecimal as you have 3 cameras and you will need to supply an address for each camera and it may require using hexidecimal codes or settings! Put two cameras on the same addy and your lucky if they both start doing what you command it to. If they still don't respond then they will need to be "addressed" individually.

Good Luck!
