Call Deepseal to find out what's going on; it's their product, so they should stand behind it. With so many layers, you may have to sand down and use a different top coat to get an acceptable finish.

Don't let these guys do anything else to your floor. I found deepseal on the web, and it says it is for vertical surfaces only, although I don't know if it's the same product.

Thall is right. Call Deepseal. Also try to find a local outfit that specializes in concrete finishing. The people you hired are not them.

I hate to say this, but unless you don't mind the little crazing cracks, you are most likely looking at getting the floor reground.

This product(Deep-seal) was not designed as finish. It was designed to penetrate and react with the cement to form a less penetrable surface to water. Have what's left on the surface remove if it was applied right it's done it's job to seal the concrete.

I am a concrete finisher by trade, dont allow them to apply anymore coats, I would recomend contacting the company that make the product and ask if they recomend any special products in removeing what has alreadg been applied, otherwise u might be looking at having your new floor sandblasted / surface ground, some cracking is always normal do to shinkage, but if it is excessive (looks like broken glass) you are most likely in for an expensive repair job, unless you can live with the cracks, there is a "generic" product offered at places like carrols distributing, menards, lowes, home depot, literally just called, "concrete sealer" it is designed for sealing floors primarily, it works very well, however it will leave a very light white tint on the surface of your concrete, almost like u spilled milk, only much lighter, more or less see thru, it would do a decent job of covering up the cracks, but they will still be there, ypur other option would be to grind the surface down, and cover it with a self leveling epoxy patch, ardex brand is good, but there are cheaper genarics that are also a good product, all in all, you are probably looking at an expensive repair, any way you could post some pictures for me?
