Gear Modellling In Pro Engineer

How to produce spur gears (& pinion rack) in pro engineer?What are the necessary elements which needs to be accounted for before producing a gear in Pro Engineer.

I'd take a class. Or a tutorial, at least. You're just going to have more and more questions until you learn the software.

I paid over $500.00USD to learn auto cad basics. Two day course. Worth every penny.

I don't know ProEngineer very well. Does it have a routine for constructing the involute of a circle? This is needed for gear profiles.
