475 Communicator

Dears all

I have a problem in connection to SIEMENS Sipart2 Fieldbus positioner via 475 communicator , that is when I connect 475 communicator to positioner I can see only LAS Link and could not see device in communicator,

What I should be do?

Yes bus address is correct because I connect FC 475 to positioner by power conditioner.

And I have another problem , when I check positioner via FC 475 as manually I should change Analoge I/O block from auto to MAN , but that item in some positioner doesn't change , for this problem what should be do?

now we have tow problems, in first doesn't see device , and other one couldn't change analogue I/O block.
