Dear Sirs,

Does the use of Oil conservator in a transformer has something to do with capacity? What minimum size of x'former capacity if we have oil conservator?

Yes, but not of the transformer, just the oil.

Dear Sirs,

What I mean is aside from main transformer tank, there is another tank which is cylindrical in shape on top of main tank, it has something to do with size or something?

The external tank assures that the transformer is always covered with cooling oil.

Not necessarily. Today, you can have oil filled and hermetically sealed transformers too, wherein you would not find any conservators.
