can someone give me the circuit for designing unipolar PWM wave of average current 0-500mA??

I'm sure you can do it with a 555 or 556.
Google 555 pwm circuit, loads of stuff will come up.
You'll prob need to add a drive stage for 500mA but that should be easy enough.

just about what del told... you can have it a bit more complex as well with a micro-controler... I used to knew stuff like that but with so many radio pangs and so many considerations and stuff to consider for the ( likely) projects and meetings and functions that my grey cells entered in collapse and the brain got frozen! I need a good vacation to reboot those molecules
