Unknown Chip

12/21/2011 6:59 AM

Hi all,

does someone have reliable informations about that shown chip which is sitting in railway equipment formerly built by BBC ? When googling for the name the Chinese say they have thousands of them but no data sheets - so we know they are all faked.

Thanks, regards & happy Christmas for all CR4 fellows and their families

Uwe

TH3071 does not come up in datasheetarchive.com.

Alas, the chip has the appearance of a proprietry firmware memory or application specific IC.

Thats what I fear. I googled for ABB6034 and got the described offers of faked chips. Never saw that logo with the two triangles before.

It`s a control card for 110V DC signals decoupled with optocouplers.

Phil D: Yes, but they are a little bit narcotic. The card is an obsolescent product and they are not going to produce more of them. So we have to replace it by an own solution.
