ASME Section 9

can any one tell in asme section 9 what is the difference between material group no 1 and group no 2 how it classified

ASME IX QW-420

"In addition ferrous base metal have been assigned Group Numbers creating subsets of P-Numbers that are used when WPS´s are required to be qualificate by impact testing by other sections or codes......"
