Power Protection Device Over High/Low Voltage, Current, Frequency

hi every body.

Can any one give a good name of manufacturer of microprocessor based power protection device over high/low voltage,current,frequency for 3-phase(415v), 25kva load.and device should be user friendly so that user may adjust the limit of fluctuation.

L & T has a range of protective devices for the purpose.
