Reliability Testing Prediction.

Hi there,

WOuld anyone out there advise me on how long a device would last if it survived a T&H storage of 60dec/90%RH at various storage hours, like 168, 504 1k hours.

Is 168 hours equivalent to actual storage of about 1 year? The product is question is an LED display. Is there any reference to it in Mil Standard or other related document.
