What is difference between Cating and froging?

01/12/2012 12:02 AM

Die casting is a custom manufacturing process that produces engineered metal parts by injecting molten metal under very high pressure into reusable molds, called "dies," made from premium tool steel. The dies can be designed to cast very complex shapes and sharply defined product features with a high degree of accuracy and repeatability, often with no post-casting machining required to meet part specifications. Unusually smooth surfaces can be produced as-cast, as well as a variety of textured surfaces. Die castings are suitable for a range of cosmetic finishes to match other mated parts or add extra durability in use.

Yes, no, maybe. Sometimes, but not always. Nine times out of ten. More often than not. Almost always. Almost never. The list of relevant answers is too long to list all.

Cating or Tomcating, is what gets husbands in trouble with wives....and froging, or hunting frogs(see gigging) is what they say their doing when tomcating...see snipe hunting alternate claim....of course I would never engage in such behaviour, nor do I condome the practice...

Et tu, Brute ? OK here you go; and the answer is...

The frogness !! Catness is a whole other story.

Buddy, don't lie to us, you seem to be transcribing portions of a lecture by your professor before the question on an exam, and if you add cheating to that, well, I'd never hire you !.

Kind Regards

In content with your post both are miss spelled. Difference is one is missing a letter the other there in improper order.

Maybe he's referring to casting and forging?

Casting involves melting a substance and then pouring it into a mold from which it can be removed easily. Ice cubes are cast. Many metals can be cast. Some are centrifugally cast and others are die cast. Google will explain.

Forging involves the deformation of a material by plastic deformation, under pressure, rolls, hammering etc. Rolled steel is forged. Drop forging involve the placing of a heated object into a mold and then impacting it with the mating mold. The object is plastically deformed and often a degree of strengthening occurs, making a tougher tool.

again google tells all.

Just to add to that;

Forging is done by coining or printing, depending on the denomination, or by sculpting or painting depending on the originals genre. Signatures are a more complex art, whereas stealing "sig lines" is simply uncouth.

I have to disagree.

If it was homework, the spelling would be better.
