Hello Every on

I hope you will be fine. I am new user of this forum and working as an electrical design engineer. Kindly tell me how to calculate breaker size? Through which formula can we find the size of bus bar in switchgear???

Before the breaker, here are some tips.

1. Everyone instead of Every on.

2. English language has something called punctuation. Please use it. (i do not capitalise 'i', but i have strong reasons for it. i respect all other rules of punctuation and grammar)

3. Do not use sms language like 'u' and 'f9'.

4. Use spell check. Even then, 'cab' may not have showed up. Use your eyes to check.

After that, we will address the question of Circuit Breakers and aspects related to them.

We don't want to be f9, we are fine having it on our keyboards.

OK fair enough but can you imagine the possibilities in engineering for total confusion.

Not just confusion the chance of injury and damage when something is misinterpreted.

You? "Working as an electrical design engineer" and yet you do not know how to size a breaker. I pity the clients serviced by you.

A1) British Standard 7671.

A2) It's in the above standard.
