Here's how:

1. go to school

2. listen in class

3. don't ask other people to do your work for you

4. study every day

5. after graduation, get a job

6. don't ask other people to do your work for you

7. if you do a good job and don't ask other people to do your work for you, you may someday have the experience and education to design a screw conveyor.

8. above all, don't ask other people to do your work for you
