Protection Relays Details

I need to know what Protection Relays are available in 11 KV and above 11 kv systems. And application of relays, function of relays, how to operate fault time & how to operate normal time.

Please tell me friends...

How about entering "11kV protection relays" into the Search all of CR4 box on the right, or failing that, into an internet search engine?

It took me 30 years to learn the subject. And , even niw I don't claim that I have mastered the subject. You seem to want to learn many things in this forum, like your postings on harmonics & 200% neutral, etc.
