Liters Per Minute Thru 15mm Sprinkler Head

Is there a formula to determine the theoretical liters per minute flow thru a 15mm ipt fire sprinkler head at 206 kpa?

The theoretical flow should be zero until there is a fire.

If you know the K factor of the speific sprinkler you can figure it out, Wiki has a nice explanation. Not all 15mm ipt heads have the same design or K factor, therefore they may flow differently. The fluid also effects the flow, foam will not flow the same as water.

Formula? Er, why not use the manufacturer's performance curve supplied in the sales information?
