I use zooming (Ctrl+mouse wheel) in IE9 and I have noticed that if I am zoomed to certain levels, it won't open the rating box (or puts it somewhere I can't see it).

If you zoom, maybe that's the problem.

We are in the process of evaluating some CR4 site features. This one is in the process of being eliminated because it is hardly used.
