Problem Regarding the Power Supply Module

Contact the manufacturer of the power supply and ask them who you can hire locally for a service visit. Hire them. Pay for all parts and labor they specify for a quality repair. You obviously do not know either how the supply is supposed to work nor how to test the supply to know what is and is not working.

I know with absolute certainty that you are incapable of fixing this supply because you do not tell us who made the supply, what is the model, how long the supply has worked nor even where on this planet you and this dead supply reside.
