Wire Nut Manufacturing Machine & Process

Hello there

Can any one tell me about the wire nut making machine and how to prepare die for it.

Any information will be highly appreciable.

You'll need an injection molder and some molds, or dies.

Any competent tooling shop can make dies. There's no rocket science involved.

thankx bt the main problem is with die ...i do have a tool making shop...but how to fit spring in the pvc body????

You could work it out if you reverse engineered one.
