You guys were very helpful. I finally found a few minutes to let you all know that I very much appreciate the input. Especially "PRINT" who hails out of New Zealand. It turned out to be a faulty relay on the out side of the CPU. (as he suggested it might be). Maybe I can pay it forward to some one else, as I have been studying the 115 MSC-2 TV wohlenberg and a older version ( marketed with the Lawson name on it) for roughly three years and testing almost every thing there is to test I feel I am finally getting a handle on the electrical systems. So if any one is in need of info let me know.
