Chinese Single Line Diagram Symbols

Hi Everyone , I got some chinese SLD's.In those diagram i cannot able to identity some of the symbols.Here are the three symbols.

I don't see any Chinese characters in the link, and the images are broken. If you fix this, we can probably help you.

Ah, I saw that, but only now just realized he really meant symbols, and not Chinese characters. Was hoping I could do some translating.

What's it say in the legend? what part of China? what year?Is it mechanical or electrical? why don't you post a link to the entire drawing?
