Dear Sir

How to quote a tender for any project ie, (IT/Residential/Commercial) ? what r the things i have to consider(Excise duty, vat etc), tell me the formula for the and from wher i can get the rates of excise duty, vat etc?

Customs duty,clearing charges,VAT,other charges etc should be obtained from the authorities.
