Bending of Galvanised Pipe

Just push it into the zinc bath, with the ends upward so that air is not entrapped. Then, when lifting it out, turn the ends downward so that the zinc drains away. If you are not doing so already, wear respiratory gear to avoid breathing the fumes.

Retitle the thread as "Galvanising of Bent Pipe"; this being the actual order of events.

If you are outsourcing your galvanizing which most do, make sure you are aware of the tank dimension as you could have limitations on the physical size of pieces being dipped.

if u are aware, can u share the process of doing galvanising of bend pipe.

My intention is to know how to hold it properly for dippng in the bath.
