i searched in many sites but i didnt get the result.

Unfortunately the editor won't let me copy pasta, so I'll tell you to google "The SMD Code Book"

U1 lists a number of device but none with a J, its very important to get the uppr/lower case markings correct. 623 will just be the manufacturers batch number.

It will either be a BCX19 tranistor (U1, U1p, U1t) or a ring diode BGX50A (U1) or a dg RF Mosfet 3SK240A,B,C,D,E (U1, U1A, U1B,U1C,U1D, U1E)

Thats the joy of roachpoo sized components there ain't much room to put any information on them. if you can divine a component manufacturer then you can email them for the information.
