MS Word and Excel Password Protected Files

Hi all I want to buy, if any software that create password expiration for ms word / excel. Or is their a way to put password expiration on ms word and excel. That means after the date expire the file cannot be open please help thanks regard

Hi SolarEagle

I follow the step, but in control panel->add/remove prgram->add new program

from the list i couldn't see Windows Rights Management Services Client.

Do i need to run the windows xp software CD
