	hi i need help .i have product 40w electronics choke from copy of the good working board .its not working properly .have flicking the tube .choke inductor value 3.2 is ok .how is find and check the toroidal transformer inductance? tell me please.

	Just buy a new one. Copy that to fix the old one.
