Can we enter steam at 40kg/cm2 and 540 degree in triple cylinder turbine wrt 140kg/cm2 and 540 degree though enthaly is high in 40kg/cm2 ?

Enthalpy is OK but how you will generate velocity at the inlet nozzles of the turbine having impuls stage?

Practically speaking, the steam turbine will have a floor pressure below which the stop valves will close. The reason may be, as Mukesh said, to do with pressure drop in the nozzles.
