Whatever he means by it, I doubt whether the silo being corrugarted or otherwise makes any difference!

More important are what's being conveyed, height of the silo etc etc.

Pneumatic conveying to MS or SS Silo is possible as these silos are self supported & we can mount vent filter on Silo.

But because of higher capacity like 3000MT etc we have to go for GIC Silo .

But in case of galvanised iron corrugated silo , these silos are made up of 350 gsm galvanised Sheets of 1.5 to 2.5 mm thk. & silos are mounted on concrete foundation. So can it be possible to convey grain with high velocity to these silo. Is it the right practice to load the material pneumatically to this type of silo ?
