	I want to make red fluorescent water based pigment ink like highlighter. Not UV ink or security ink. I have red fluorescent dry pigment powder (organic) he does not mixed properly in pigment ink slime down in one hour Binder I use 0il binder its thick he clogg my printer alcohol not stabilized that powder many media like ( water binder /gum/ kerosene/distil water i used ink making i couldn't make it Please, give me ingredients & making easy process.

	Why don't you just buy it, instead of relying on strangers for some concoction? Shopping results for red uv ink

	lyn I don't want uv ink I searching visible fluorescent pigment ink for inkjet printer Example highlighter Highlighter is a good work in printer but its fade & very light & I have visible fluorescent dry pigment red / yellow / pearl / purple color its new concept I making for my college project
