I want to know that How can We mesur Voltage Like...

Neutral To Earth = ?

Neutral To Phase = ?

Phase To Earth = ?

What's Ideal Voltage for PC or Laptop ? and How can mesur it and Please give this answer very fast ....

The value all depends on where you live and where in the circuit you're measuring it. A laptop, after all, has a DC input so phase has no meaning...

Use a voltmeter.

Neutral to earth and phase to earth are merely expressions of the neutral current and the earth loop impedance, as has been stated in these forums countless times before, Captain.

As to the ideal voltage on any appliance, simply look for the manufacturer's label on it, or even in the equipment user manual supplied with it.

It isn't Rocket Science. It doesn't need to be.

Whatever it says on the PC, or in the case of the Laptop, whatever it says on the Power Supply for it.
