03/04/2012 12:58 PM

Dear friend,

can any 1 tell me which position welding qualify a welder to perform the tube to tubesheet weld?

Further more If the tube to tubesheet welding is done in usual position( i.e. the Tube bundle assembly axis is parallel to the ground) what is the position of the tube to tube sheet joint will be, is it goin to be 5G or 6G ( considering only grove welding is required)

Tube to Tubesheet? What´s that: Heat exchanger? Groove Weld?. Looks more like a seal fillet weld, then the position to qualified welders should be 5F
