30 Grade Concrete

Dear friends. As indian engineer we are used to 53 grade cement. but in uganda pozolpanic cekent from hima and tororp cement is availbale. I want to know how to make 30grade concrete with 32 grade concrete. what should be water cement ratio..It would be wise to use too little water with very little control on site condition.

Sorry, your query doesn't make any sense.

I suggest that you revisit how to design a concrete mix or take a materials course that covers concrete mix design....
