What a shame you missed GlobalSpec's Quality, Test and Instumentation Show.

Of course, you could try searching this forum (you may well already be trying that).

If all else fails, this might help.

I'm interested: what have you designed in the past, that you are manager with no understanding of the company's products?

Have you ever heard of an search engine called GOOGLE?

Have you ever visited a school ? How can you even afford, in the position you have, to ask for basic help, for basic knowledge you should already have had to be in the position you claim to have.

You are payed for what by your company ?

You made no effort to solve your problem by yourself you want to get everything pre-chewed. This I consider a SHAME!

If you do not know what to do then hire a consultant pay for his knowledge and learn.

Thanks for the update Tony, and especially for your extreme devotion to the book and lessons.

(For any who may be unaware, Tony is the author of Lessons in Industrial Instrumentation, which he has made freely available.)
