Opera Vector Field

Hi...am doing electromagnetic generator project and am using OPERA software to simulate the magnet..the problem is, i dont know how to find the bh.index for certain material such as permalloy...am very new to this software, and i dont know where to find this kind of information...i did search at help,thanks.. but couldnt find it... does anyone know how to find this bh index for permalloy?

Are you a hobbyist, student or is the your job?

You seem to have had this problem before, with OPERA, whatever that is.

Sites such as MatWeb or Engineering tool box can provide you with materials properties help.

Or contact a manufacturer of permalloy and ask them.

Or, ask your instructor.

Go to your library and borrow a book such as "Electrical and Magnetic Properties of Metals" by James K. Stanley and published by ASM. BH curves for Permalloy depend on its composition and heat treatment.
