It is separate - although it falls under general and has its own forum that displays on the general section page.

Users are supposed to post commercial items to the Commercial Space forum but often do not. The moderation team moves them when we see them. You can help out by clicking the Report button on any advertising or spam that's not in the right place. It helps us find it faster and take care of it.
