We are in the process of bringing on a new Central Utility Plant that we built over the winter adjacent to a hospital replacing the old C.U.P. (Chilled,Hot water and Steam)
The question I have is, I am thinking the best time to make the Hot Water tie ins into the existing system is during when the temperatures are between 40 and 65 degrees F rather then above those temperature's. My logic is above 65F spaces will be in a cooling and dehumidifying mode and the heat during that time will need to be used to re-heat (Via VAV's) the air discharge in those spaces, does this logic make since?
Thanks PI
