Control oil systems refer to all hydraulicly actuated control systems, such as IGV, nozzle, clutch, torque converter etc. Lube oil, is fairly self explanitary and is for lubrication of bearings and mechanical parts under friction. Seal oil is a barrier pressurized to maintain the integrity of mechanical seals against the pressure of compressed process fluids or gasses. This oil can come from one or several resevoirs and pumps, can be one type or several types of oils to service each individual system. It really does depend on the system, the type of compressor, the type of prime mover. Is the compressor an axial flow or a reciprocal compressor? You'll have to be MUCH more specific if you want a more detailed answer.
