Used in coal fired power plants and mills among other applications.

Induced draft fan draws flue gases 4m d Electrostatic precipitator and discharge d gases 2 atmosphere through d chiminy.

It uses is different in different industry but every where concept is same it uses for removing flue gas.

Impact damage (at site, transport damage), manufacturing defect, lack of lubricating oil/polluted oil, worn vibration mounts, loose fittings/bolts, resonance, incorrect fan and/or blade selection, incorrect installation, loss of one of the phases (for a three phase fan), etc.

What are the specs of your ID fan? Without technical details it is like throwing stone in the dark. It may hit the target but why do'nt you switch on the light?

Mr. Rajesh,

ID fan specs of 900Kw and 990 rpm are not sufficient. So many queries have been raised by responders at least reply those queries.

What is type of fan?(service , design, duty, MOC etc)

Is it a new fan or old, vibrations is an old problem or has started recently?

Had some maint. job taken up recently?

What is the last balancing report of rotor?

If fan is old, when last cleaning was done?, When bearings were inspected?

Is there any change in bearing temperature recorded?

What is the type of coupling between motor/prim mover & fan?

What is the condition of alignment at coupling?

It is new fan and running 4m last 1 year.

The problem is started 4m last 3 month.

Their is no modification at their in recent time.

The bearing clearance and fan blade cleanig in last month.

The vibration are constantly high but d temp increase suddenly most of d time.now days d temp rises to 80'c to 100'c.Before 3 month the temp is below 40'c.now d normaly temp is normally 50'c -60'c.

Pin bush coupling is used between motor/prim mover & fan.

Alignment at coupling is also checked in last month and found ok.

what type of grease u r recomend at the time of 100'c.

Give more details. Is it new or it was working for sometime well. If it is new check dynamic balancing by manufacturer once you make sure that it was installed properly.
