Design of Toggle Plate In Jaw Crusher

I have a plan to design a new model Toggle plate that helps to perform the crushing operation easily with less power conception. I have the Solidworks 2008 software for it. need advice..

First, tell us what you have so far.

If you have only the desire to "design" a new crusher, I don't think you'll get much help here.

If you are stuck on a specific problem, lay it out for us.

If you want us to do your homework, good luck.

If you could attach some pictures of your concept, (sketches that you've done in SolidWorks and saved as a jpeg or a jpeg of hand sketches) and ask specific questions you will be more likely to receive help.

1. We don't know how much space you have

2. how much force will be needed

3. what is existing.

We need more information.
