I absolutely refuse to watch any video that requires me to be subjected to a 30 second advert veery time I want to look at something.

I'll never know.

If you had one, you could send it down to the paint store...

Hey, can you get one equipped with a sander and a coating trowel?

Good thought. I'm stuck manning the phones and it would come in handy.

I could use them to pick up litter, too. Now, I wonder if they can run homeless panhandlers out of downtown?

I don't know, but you can be anywhere telling workers what to do, and watch them all day, with out having to leave home...You can put your buddies picture on the screen and go around insulting weight lifters....You can walk your kids to school, run the job, and have breakfast all at the same time....The possibilities are endless....it's like cloning yourself....

Maybe you get one to watch the commercials for you?

After all, robots are designed for those monotonous jobs that humans can't stand to do.

Well it has no arms which doesn't help, and looks like a robot broom. Aside from that it is a spooky look at the not too distant future.

If it were me I would prefer something that hovers and gives me the ability to defend myself from the advances of others as well as perform some useful work, this just screams 'hey I am an expensive mobile punching bag, please hit me".

I don't think this would last in an engineering environment, it wouldn't be long before the video feed was hacked and the robot either reprogrammed (hey, why am I now doing 100mph, and how did I get on the freeway!) or disassembled to find out how it works. Or perhaps covered in post-it notes.

Office wars and meetings would never be the same again.

"Office wars and meetings would never be the same again."

Ha, with those little flying robots with ink bombs and these segway broom lookin' things for eyes and vocal taunting, it could get downright bizarre....! I can see it all now, a swarm of these flying robots coming down the hall, accompanied with the segway broom playing Ride of the Valkaries...
