Could some one please explaine me the working of CT's measured equipement selection and Open delta connection of the VT

Try searches in www.wikipedia.org on the internet, for CT and VT (or PT) or "current transformer" or "Voltage Transformer" or "Potential Transformer".

Folk on CR4 do not wish to explain things which are well covered in textbooks or on the internet - it is just a guessing game about what you do not understand (which leads to much wasted effort by us).
