Comunication failed error between Flow boss 407 & Roclink 800

hello dears we are traying to installed the new flow boss on our gas plant & trying to comunicate with roclink 800 software for the configration, but we comunication failed error display on roclink 800 PC. we taken all the possible steps as per instruction manual but can't succsed, so please give suggession regarding this matter.

I have never touched either a Floboss or ROC software, but the Windows Configuration manual for this system has 18 pages, pp 153 to 170 (pdf), dedicated to communications.

You followed the steps on all 18 pages?

What type of connection are you using?

What error message or fault code is invoked?
